The 25,586-capacity MKM Stadium (formerly KC Stadium) is the shared home of football Championship club Hull City AFC and Super League rugby club Hull FC. Situated inside the green expanse of West Park, reaching the stadium and enjoying the matchday atmosphere is easy when you know the local territory.
1. Getting to the Stadium
- By Train: Hull Paragon Interchange is approximately a 20-minute signposted walk from the stadium via the tree-lined pedestrian footbridge crossing directly into West Park.
- By Bus: Frequent buses run along Anlaby Road from the city centre interchange (services 2, 3, 4, 57, and 66) dropping off outside West Park.
- By Car: From the M62/A63 Clive Sullivan Way, follow signs for MKM Stadium / KC Stadium onto the Daltry Street flyover towards Anlaby Road.
2. Matchday Parking Options
- Stadium Car Park (Walton Street): Located adjacent to the ground inside West Park. Parking costs £5 per car (cash and contactless accepted). Please note: on evening matches, the car park fills quickly, so arrive at least 60 minutes before kick-off.
- Priory Park & Ride (HU4 7DY): Matchday shuttle buses operate from the Priory Park & Ride off the A63 directly to the stadium.
- City Centre Multi-Storeys: St Stephen's (HU2 8LN) and Osborne Street car parks provide secure 24/7 parking a short walk or bus ride away.
- Warning: Residential streets surrounding the stadium have strict residents-only permit parking schemes enforced on matchdays.
3. Matchday Pubs & Food
- Home Fans: The Boot Room, The Walton Street Social Club, and Anlaby Road pubs fill with black-and-amber faithful before kickoff.
- Away Fans: The city centre pubs surrounding Hull Paragon Interchange (such as The Admiral of the Humber, The Hop & Vine, and Minerva Pier) welcome visiting supporters without incident.
- Food Inside Ground: Traditional Hull patties, hot pies, burgers, and hot drinks are available across all concourses. Contactless payments are accepted at all kiosks.
